Hello dear community,

I would very much like to hear your opinion on our floor plan design. We have been working on it for quite a while. It is very important to us to have a lot of light, a large open living and dining area, a study, equally sized children's rooms, and a separate area for us (bedroom, dressing room, bathroom). That is also why we are considering replacing the door from the bathroom to the "hallway" with a door leading to the bedroom. It is important to know that to the west there are only fields and forests which will not be developed in the future. Otherwise, I am happy to provide you with more information if desired.

Thank you in advance.

Best regards, Lukas

What is liked especially? Why? equally sized children's rooms, open, clear lines, room sizes and heights, arrangement of rooms and number of rooms
What is not liked? Why? actually, everything is liked but balcony meaningful, bay window (stairs) meaningful and beautiful, the area bathroom, master bedroom and dressing room lacks the finishing touch (all connected or doors everywhere)
Preferred heating technology: gas + stove + solar system with underfloor heating ([Energieeinsparverordnung Standard (70?)])

And where would that be?

Summed up a bit briefly at this late hour. Looks quite good. The drainage of the bathroom is interesting.
The pantry is very narrow and therefore hardly usable, and:
The children's bathroom does not deserve its name. Many even avoid its size for a guest WC, and here two children are supposed to get ready in parallel? They will also grow up and need a real shower.
On 190 sqm, I miss a really good balance of living, storing and household, hobbies, and children.

You pull the wall forward to where the door to the hallway currently swings open, and push the other wall 25 cm towards the children's room, then it fits.

... only make sense to me with children who are equally "big".

I am quite aware that "you can do that," but the planner should have fundamentally seen that!

Even then, it's a hole of a mini bathroom ... and without a window, it's just not possible.

Where the west is and how the plot is cut would actually be interesting ;).
