Should no sink be installed in the separate WC on the upper floor, or did you just not include one?

Where is the washing machine located now?
Please draw the technology into the utility room. It seems too small to me.
The windowless mini bays and the almost windowless living room are a catastrophe.
Does your toilet have no sink? That's disgusting.
You can maybe put a few socks in these bookshelves with a depth of 40 cm in the dressing room – hangers won’t fit there.
I would be interested in the perspectives.
Everyone who wants to go to the kitchen has to pass the chill area and brings disturbance there. When the children bring their friends over, that will be annoying.
So no. I wouldn’t say it’s great either.

I still have this one in the mothball box – maybe it could fit (south bottom of the plan):

But it will, if

the next step, which unfortunately fully follows StanSch’s pattern. Well, your study is 3 sqm larger and the approach of the house axis lengthwise instead of crosswise

In the bathroom upstairs next to the shower.
The sink in the toilet was of course forgotten..

By the way, the staircase seems very short to me in the last posted floor plan. Even with a raw construction height per floor of 2.70 m, I come to over 4 m.

True, it should already be 45 cm. For shirts, suits and dresses, the almost 3 m long 60 cm closet in the bedroom should be enough..

Your floor plans are already going in the right direction, thanks for that!

What do you think would be the next sensible step?

How high are your rooms supposed to be? 2.70m is ridiculously high for this rather compact house with many small rooms. An overview of the staircase can be found in the introductory thread of this forum.

For the rough construction floor height, you still have to subtract the thickness of the ceiling (I assumed 20 cm). In my example, that would be a clear room height of 2.50 m.

If you calculate the stairs based on the actual room height, it will be difficult to ever reach the upper floor. (because the floor ceiling still has to be added)
