My two points would be
- Heat pump with integrated DHW storage, which means one device less,
- Turn a window into a door,
every installer has a short way to the van, no dirt is carried through the house.
And you have a short way to the clothesline outside

Door in that position also means that you practically create your own hallway in the room. And the way back through the entrance door does not look longer.

I am still wondering about the usefulness of the 7.69 m² storage room, at least if it is furnished only as drawn. Maybe one should also consider taking a bit of it for the utility room.

Above on the plan are the dryer and washing machine. This basically makes sense, as the guest bathroom is adjacent and a laundry chute is still planned on the right side of the plan. On the left side of the plan is the electrical box, which is also supposed to contain the router/switch panel. I'm just wondering why the inverter for photovoltaics and it are planned to be so large. The door to the outside is intentionally not there.

The hot water tank is only 130cm high. The transom window is at 155cm, so it would fit, but I still don't like it. The question is whether it could be placed differently, and of course, it would also be possible to take a bit from the storage room if necessary.

Are there any distances that need to be maintained here? For example, the heating is not allowed to be directly next to the electrical box, or something like that?
