Yes, but with the OP’s fixed wishes, one can probably save every further word. :D They want this block and will also find someone to build it like that for them.

And from the lump-block it often becomes a pun if you leave out the last L. But that's mean

And two of the three large children's rooms are not even nicely laid out. It is really a good example of why bigger is not always better.

. Even a design that still reveals a need for clearing up misunderstandings can show whether the designer is capable of designing.

The slab thickness is determined by the structural engineer, since he probably hasn't done a calculation yet, the 18cm is more likely just a rough guideline. Whether the building ends up being 4 or 7cm thicker is not that crucial. ;) Some cost drivers are also fun, like a large terrace door, and are worth the extra cost for some. Basically, I still primarily see the spaciousness on paper; I would have expected that one would want to enjoy the plot and not view it through windows that, in proportion, rather resemble loopholes and "are sufficient." But everyone can decide that for themselves.

I must say that I already find the last drawing better when looking at it alone. There are more overlapping walls, some corners have been eliminated. Moving the entrance of the children's bathroom to a straight wall, the long and somewhat segmented dressing room, privacy wall at the parents' room would be the first points, shifting some windows and maybe giving the living room an entrance door instead of a chair, while replacing the staircase with a cantilever without the second wall. The "blackhole" aka hallway on the upper floor still remains.

What is not really recognizable here yet is the context in which the "pile of stones" is to be integrated, these would be considerations such as walking routes from the kitchen to the terrace and the pool, view into the already mentioned garden above, desired? view of the stable and an open space, entrance through a meter-long carport between the garage and the house...

Anyway, but if the initial calculation assumes a thickness of 18 cm and in the end 25 cm with increased reinforcement is required, then a few thousand euros in extra costs can quickly be incurred.
