I think I would do it like this:

So far, this gives me the best sense of space. The shower walls are only half-height masonry and the rest is made of glass - otherwise, it feels too bulky. Even better would be a more modest shower that fits into the corner (90x90).
Ideally, a skylight should be installed above the bathtub and sink so that the light at the mirror does not come only from behind.

If the [roof window] is possible, the space under the slope becomes even more usable (due to slightly more height) and the light would also be a gain. I would definitely have that planned.

In the knee wall, a washing machine and dryer can still be planned.
