Floor plan design basement, ground floor + attic floor

Well, I actually don’t want to do without the second garage, and the building envelope doesn’t allow anything else. You would need more space, but with the land prices that’s also a bit of an issue. Even if the house were a meter smaller now, I wouldn’t really gain any light? So I would have to do without a garage, meaning it’s best to sell the motorcycles. But even then it would only be 3 meters to the neighbor. I am actually surprised about the architect’s statement. Our first architect’s proposal is similar in terms of the windows, without us having made any more specifications back then other than the number of rooms and the straight staircase.
