Gladly, I will even add a few dimensions. In this particular situation, I would integrate the garage "into the house." I have sketched a possible layout on the property and the individual rooms for you. The terrace is shielded by a shed, and you don't have to look at the chair legs.

Upstairs (OG) there would then be enough space for a storage room, laundry room with washing machine, dressing room, bedroom, and 2 offices. The staircase should arrive fairly centrally, so the distribution of the rooms should not be a problem.

Regarding storage space on the ground floor (EG): In my proposal, you have a very large kitchen and a 3.5 m cupboard in the hallway, so quite a lot should fit in there already. The utility room has about 8 sqm, so a large cupboard would easily fit in there too, e.g. for provisions.

Very nice, I like it very much.

Regarding the original plans, I, like several others, wonder whether so many storage rooms are really necessary. So the space itself maybe, but dividing it into so many different rooms seems very impractical.

Every relationship is different, but if I were building without children, I would prefer a relatively open concept. Having a retreat room is good, but two for each person is excessive.

Best regards

We have a hipped roof with 28/30 degrees and have a lot of space with it, you can walk around almost everywhere (except for the edge areas). You can easily sketch this based on a drawing with the desired roof pitch. Best regards Sabine

Quick side question. What speaks against laundry in the heating room? I can understand that with a wood heating system, but with the other usual heating types I would have no concerns.

Dust is not good for the heating system.
And where laundry is washed and dried, more dust circulates. If it can be avoided, it is best to plan separately.
