We will meet with the architect next week and consider the various suggestions, from the terrain layout to omitting the cellar to different room arrangements on the upper floor. If you want to pursue my suggestion further, you can also widen the [WZ] and remove the podium stairs instead. That will cost you 4-6m2 [WF].
