So dear people, due to illness I am only now getting around to responding again. We will meet with the architect next week and consider the various suggestions, from the terrain layout to omitting the cellar to different room arrangements on the upper floor. I am curious to hear what he has to say about it.

If you want to pursue my suggestion further, you can also widen the [WZ] and remove the podium stairs instead. That will cost you 4-6m2 [WF].
