Floor plan ~138 m² living area, two full floors city villa

The staircase is two steps too short per flight: one step due to the total number of risers (15 x 19 = 285), and one step due to the offset that should be at the landing. With a step dimension of 19/26 and a width of 101 cm, I come to 3.09 x 2.26 m in the shell construction.

But in my eyes, despite the colored representation, we are still in the sketch phase here. As far as minimum dimensions are attempted to be determined, the basics should of course still be realistic.
