... simply ran the building savings option through our home financing calculator in the office and looked at the interest over the term (fits for an outstanding debt of TEUR 42, which is amortized annuitized - if it's only TEUR 32 it gets a bit better, plus Abschluss Gebühr Bausparvertrag).

45 k€ is the credit balance, 55 k€ the subsequent loan, less 13 k€ = 42 k€ loan.

nordanney I still don't quite understand why we come to these different results here... does your program still include any closing fees?

because:



do you get different monthly rates here? because if the monthly rates are identical and everything is paid off after 20 years, then I wonder where the difference of almost 50€ per month comes from...

have I forgotten something somewhere?
