hmm...

I see now that you have only been registered since Saturday. Unfortunately, I cannot see that via Tapatalk. I also do not see the construction site. I have read , and I know that he is from Saxony.

I would like to ask you to take a look at other inquiries in this subforum. And the pinned posts in the subforum Baukosten.
All those who have doubts here about the feasibility of your timely construction project have themselves recently built and had to pay despite persistent planning and a good buffer. We post here very selflessly, voluntarily, and speak from (sometimes) painful experience. ...

When I last read it, I even noticed that you might still have care costs if your wife works again, or do you have parents living with you??

Well then: You will find a lot of material to read here, so you can calmly do some calculations and check them yourself if you no longer want to ask questions. Because you can certainly calculate on your own!

What, however, currently gives me some unease is the presence of a financial broker here, who during his working hours lures his clients in forums like this one. You can read him every day in a financing forum. So far, he sounded very knowledgeable to me... until I had to read myself in the aforementioned forum that he boasts of contracts acquired here. The consensus read very disparagingly about our forum.
And now you may decide who means well for you

of course derogatory, because a good broker places even a bad financing somewhere (unless you're in jail) or at least sells a few building society savings contracts

If they already express discomfort here, referring to the fact that someone has to sell something, and then even bring up such nonsense about jail, then please also mention the 6-year membership with 4361 posts and 513 thanks.

You don’t always agree with every opinion, there are also the most diverse philosophies and characters, and everyone has a different intention or reason for participating in forums or writing there. As a finance expert, it seems important to me to provide my experiences, expertise, and perspectives as assistance. Naturally, this also results in contacts that lead to support for the financing project. It would also be incomprehensible why I should deny this to consumers—after all, competence and expertise have been demonstrated.

On the one hand, 4361 posts have to be written first, and on the other hand, the process until people decide on each other is so long that it sounds ridiculous to claim someone is being robbed, overwhelmed, or trapped. Moreover, many, many posts are written in response to questions where there is no business basis at all.

I do think that consumers can at the latest—in case this is even desired or necessary—form an impression of the helper through personal contact, and it would be absurd to believe that these are all laypeople, clueless, or overwhelmed people.

My support and assistance regarding the topic of real estate financing is of course also guaranteed to the consumers of this forum,

Yes, exactly, only the "help" of the financing is being served. The overall situation is none of your concern.

also applies to everyone else

Does it have to be? Do you know me personally? Why these hostilities? Why? Step out of your anonymity - which I do not choose - and give me a call, get to know me before you continue with these senseless and unnecessary accusations. That doesn’t help anyone, it’s annoying and doesn’t contribute at all to solutions and peace in this forum!

Have some guts and call me, get to know me, then you can post and attack all you want, if you even want to then.

It really has to stop, all these accusations all the time, they don’t help anyone! Do you seriously believe consumers are all so stupid and dumb and let themselves be deceived just to not report negatively about it??? I have been in the forum for 6 years now, 6 years without a single negative voice from those whose financing I have accompanied and I even refrain from positive voices controlled by myself because I don’t want this kind of advertising. Of course, most give information about their experiences by mail or on the phone.

That's funny. Your advice from yesterday has disappeared from there as if by magic:

Whether it is because of you or the subsequent quarrel is not important either.

But it shows how you value us here.

Being anonymous as a seller would be really stupid.

And you can never warn enough against sellers who practically take the last shirt off you to make the financing appear feasible.

There is a good reason why very many market participants do not support financings without equity or with too little in most cases.

Unfortunately, there is a very small group of banks and sellers who still do this, even though it can be very painful for these consumers.

So you simply do not have a unique selling point; so don't take it so personally.
