What turnkey means in that sense I know, the parents themselves only built with SH two years ago. So I am aware of what still needs to be done. But in the end they are only small things that I (craftsman) will take care of myself. 220000 plus at least 15000, and as you already say we have time
It was merely a question of what you think about it, of course with the prerequisite that you find a cheap plot of land.
To the others who are getting worked up here and start pointless arguments for no apparent reason, saying that the money is not enough for additional building costs and house construction and land for 100,000. I know that myself, I can still count and add up quite well. That is something you learn even with the Abitur in Saxony.

Regarding your last paragraph: if you can add yourself, then the question would have been quite unnecessary. Because you quickly come to the conclusion that 235-150-30-[Baunebenkosten]-[Kaufnebenkosten] is way too tight.

I would rather say: pointless question and attempts by users to tangibly demonstrate the impossibility based on the revealed numbers and information.

That’s a nice start to the week

No nice culture here, people get reprimanded, it is assumed that one is stupid, naive, or cannot do math.

This OP here had a question regarding financing. He provides an amount that certainly deserves to be questioned and discussed, but why here in this thread? It was about financing, not construction costs. The construction costs, however, should be discussed and analyzed in other threads.

Who actually says that one cannot feel comfortable in Germany at the arse end of the world? Why no plot of land for 30,000 euros? Possibly not even at the arse end, but simply small? Why shouldn't a house without KfW standard be sufficient?

Without knowing the person with their needs and attitudes, one should rather inquire and gather information about them instead of making blanket judgments. Above all, from my point of view, pay attention to what he is asking.

I do not want to read these constant patronizing remarks about how expensive a house must be, without knowing where, what standard the house must have, and what personal contribution is possible, in a thread that is about construction financing and assistance, as well as questions regarding financing. While these questions about the construction costs are all important and should be clarified sensibly and professionally, this is not the place in this thread and certainly not to be clarified without knowing the builder and their project more closely.

Unfortunately, to many here it sounds more like: "oh look how much we were able to spend and how expensive our house and our land were"
