Therefore, if I were you, I would consider possibly taking evening or weekend studies. Qualification is extremely important, or you work in a profession where there is a shortage of skilled workers, e.g., nursing specialist. I don't mean to say they have no training, but here a "normal" vocational training is enough, and you currently earn decently and don't have to worry about your profession.

Uh

... Or educator... Although it depends heavily on the provider and varies regionally...

With 1% repayment you only pay interest. Then you can continue renting as well.

Does your appraiser deliver exactly the same value as the seller's appraiser?

What is the level of the standard land value at your location there? I consider the rough calculation that has already been posted here to be much more realistic than €600,000 for a leasehold property in an area where that is unusual and where only €6/m² rent is currently being paid.

I also find the demand from the owner too high. Further training more towards office work. Nursing is not for me. At the moment, I live quite chilled. I have been on short-time work for over 1 1/2 years and receive my full salary.

Well... Get moving and get further training. That really makes sense compared to the "offer" from the father.

You could have easily started the further training already…
