I actually don't see the purchase of the house as a problem. The owner keeps the house in good condition. What worries me more is the financing. And that we will have a term of 30 to 50 years. We want to keep the installment as low as possible. With a repayment rate of 1 to 2 percent.

What is the level of the standard land value at your location there? I consider the rough calculation that has already been posted here to be much more realistic than €600,000 for a leasehold property in an area where that is unusual and where only €6/m² rent is currently being paid.
