Finance the land or pay in cash?

So we declared 50k personal contribution and this was counted as equity. (ING) But I also had offers where the bank wanted journeyman certificates of the helpers starting from 10% personal contributions.

That is the crux. If it is measurable, okay. But some put 8k for 3 little trees and think it will go through.

We are 36 and 39 years old, no children (not planned either), debt-free. Household income currently between 9000 and 10000 euros per month.

I think it's great that there are people who already earn so well at that age. Somehow you usually get the impression that everyone is just living hand to mouth. Most of the women I've met so far always had some dubious activities where it was not foreseeable that they would ever actually earn anything with them. I was rather the evil big capitalist to them. Seems to be a typical problem in Berlin. If you are self-employed yourselves: But remember that incomes can also decline sharply sometimes. So always have enough buffer. Sebastian

The IP address will probably only be seen by the operator. Depending on which mobile network you are in, many people will probably surf using the same IP, I don't know the details that well.
