Finally Topping-out Ceremony

Offer whatever you want :-) Why? Maybe the carpenters know why traditionally grain belongs to the topping-out ceremony. At least up here with us.

At our topping-out ceremony, there will be two bottles. One for smashing and one for drinking on the roof. Otherwise, I don't need the stuff.

Who supplies them?

Someone from Stettin. I don't know who. The construction company ordered them.

And - nothing is written on it? - often they are licensed products of well-known German brands (and therefore not surprising if the foreman is satisfied with the quality).
