Final floor plan bedroom/kids' room

We all get up at different times. One shower is completely enough for us. However, two sinks will be installed in the upstairs bathroom. And who knows what will happen in old age. Possibly we will sell the house again then. Best regards

What do you think the shell construction will cost us? Maybe someone has an idea? Regards

I agree with the others, that would definitely be too little daylight for me as well.

Starting from Bavaria, I would estimate the shell construction costs without the roof at around 180k.

If I remember correctly, the height difference at the house is 1.8m? Or on the property?
Anyway, quite a slope.

Apart from the other comments here (I don’t want to repeat them, but I agree with everyone), I simply find the house inappropriate on such a sloping plot.
But the title already says that one believes or is in the final planning stage.
So I guess it’s only about refining details here.
Therefore, I’m out.
Because the house simply doesn’t fit the property for me. You can now optimize windows and/or the bathroom, maybe even create space in the entrance area, but it remains a house that does not suit the property.

But the problem with the window areas can be repeated again and again... I would go in like a primrose :( way too little light in the house!

We only have one shower (4 people) and I expect it to be annoying when the little ones grow up. It is already the case when we have guests. And potential house buyers—if you want to sell in old age—will also criticize that. For me, a second shower belongs in a house.
