would be too dark for me in the living room as well, likewise in the entrance area. I don't like the bathroom layout, tight by the washbasin and lots of space next to the toilet.

Best regards

Cardinal directions? Not everyone knows all threads by heart and remembers the history behind them...

I see the floor plan more as quarterfinal, but significantly improved. Should the parking situation only be drawn for patient paper? - in reality, I do not see it working: the car in the garage (why three: Sunday car / second car / company car?) is double blocked in by the other two, this constellation is something for Rubik's Cube geniuses. The bicycles do not look like they can be moved in or out without scratches if both parking spaces in front of the garage are occupied.

We need to provide three parking spaces on the property. That's what the city requires. We only have two cars. Since my husband works from home, that's not a problem. Bicycle parking spaces must also be designated. Where they ultimately are located does not matter. Best regards

And cardinal directions are garage side north, entrance east, kitchen/living room south, terrace south/southwest

A parking space that is not freely accessible is not recognized as a parking space. As far as I know.

Overall a good floor plan. Clean. I would enlarge the storage room a bit. I would also experiment a bit with the bathroom, but if nothing else works, then it’s fine as it is. I also see the sink/door problem.
The walk-in closet is a bit more than a wardrobe.

Regarding the design: You noted in the old thread that the facade looks too boring.
It will be the same here. The windows play an important role in this. Unfortunately, you already shut down the argument with the light.
Personally, the narrow windows would not be enough for me, even if they are floor-to-ceiling.
These are oversized rooms, plus the width of one meter raw construction dimension, which I already consider borderline for smaller houses.
Thus, there is too much wall space compared to the width of the windows in the rooms.
I would reconsider the floor-to-ceiling ones on the upper floor.
Anyway: I would rethink 1 meter and 1.68 raw construction dimension. The combination is somehow wrong (floor-to-ceiling/width).
