On this occasion: my general contractor does not want to plaster an area of 7m outside because this wall is covered by a prefabricated garage that runs about 20cm next to the house. Of that, 1m is also not plastered on the other side of the wall in the area of a drywall installation, so inside not plastered. Is that technically acceptable? It would not be visible because it is covered by the garage.

The airtightness is achieved by the plaster. I would not voluntarily do without it or any other solution at any point.
