I also tend towards 26, but I would ask what else is planned, because the situation looks like further development is planned. Then 26 can no longer be that great.
That's right. They also made the mistake with numbers 2, 3, and 32. I assume that the end sections of the private roads are distribution points...And number 26 doesn't get onto the property
How is the priority list processed? First all rank 1 plots (in case of overbooking, draw lots), then rank 2...? Without knowledge of the exact procedure, all considerations that optimize the allocation are pointless.
Would it increase your weight compared to the other applicants for this plot if you put everything on card number 24?
Are garages allowed to be placed outside the building window on your side?
Does "v2" therefore mean that it is the first but probably not the last debug of a parceling plan with maturity defects?
I wonder: where is the trash collected?
And number 26 can’t get onto the plot without driving over 27 or the footpath at the front. That’s why it’s a bit unclear to me. The blue line would fit quite well to a turning hammer at the end of the private road but that also takes up some of the plot.
I also tend to 26, but would inquire what else is planned, because the location looks like further development is planned. Then 26 might not be so great anymore.
Attached is the equivalent augm development plan
Yes, an old factory, I think they built tractors or something there. Here is an aerial photo, 26 would be in the corner.Oh - I thought of fields, but it rather looks like an industrial area is being developed.
