Extremely high pellet consumption (200kg in 3 days) in a Kfw70 multi-family house!

exactly! I wrote 2 tons! 200 kg in 3 days means 2 tons in 30 days! and I think that’s already very high for these temperatures and a Kfw70 new build...

Before you deal with the actual problem, please provide more solution proposals including the calculation process, how high the monthly consumption probably is! :p

Hello. New building summer 2016 Living space approx. 550m2 6 units Kfw70 Solar collectors on the roof for washing machine and heating Underfloor heating with individual room thermostats ETA pellet system 20-32 with buffer tank

I must admit, I am not well versed in all the KfW calculations. Nevertheless, the knowledge has settled in the back of my mind that a pellet heating system disproportionately improves the values decisive for the KfW calculation. That these have nothing to do with the actual consumption is probably known to most here.
In the case of the present multi-family house with pellet heating, this means conversely that the house does not now have to consume very little, but that the house has achieved the KfW 70 standard because of the pellet heating.
Correct me if I am mistaken.
