I must admit, I am not well versed in all the KfW calculations. Nevertheless, the knowledge has settled in the back of my mind that a pellet heating system disproportionately improves the values decisive for the KfW calculation. That these have nothing to do with the actual consumption is probably known to most here.
In the case of the present multi-family house with pellet heating, this means conversely that the house does not now have to consume very little, but that the house has achieved the KfW 70 standard because of the pellet heating.
Correct me if I am mistaken.
