I have already received the pictures now, I hope they are of sufficient quality to be able to see everything. I do not currently have the other sections; if I remember correctly, these were also without measurements.

In the upper floor, many dimension lines are not included in the image.

They are not on the plan, probably because the upper floor is identical to the ground floor except for some windows.

Hello everyone,
another question regarding feasibility. Since it currently seems a bit more difficult to find a suitable architect (I have not received any positive feedback so far, they apparently have little time at the moment, although I am currently searching very locally), I would like to know if anyone has already carried out something similar. Perhaps there are also people here who can assess based on the plans whether an extension is even possible here. If anyone has experience reports with a similar project, I am of course also open to suggestions/ideas.

Sorry that I can't say more, but the feasibility largely depends on the budget and structural engineering.
An extension combined with a vertical addition is ambitious for €200,000. Other people do a full renovation for €200,000 without an extension. I hope you don’t also want to renovate heating, electrical, etc. But if you see that you also want to move a (load-bearing/bracing) wall on the ground floor, it will be difficult in terms of financial feasibility. Don’t mention your budget to the architect on the phone at first. Only at the end of the first in-person meeting.
