Most builders probably deal with such blogs before and during the construction period and then drop out. In this respect, I especially thank you for taking the trouble to answer my question! The exhaust ventilation system seems to me, from everything I have read here and your answer, a good compromise. Unfortunately, today it turned out that the installer commissioned by our general contractor would refuse to install an exhaust ventilation system because he simply considers it outdated technology that brings moist (!?) air into the house. Although he could profit from this ventilation or a controlled residential ventilation system, after 35 years of cooperation with the general contractor, he holds the opinion that no ventilation is needed in this house at all. The exhaust air system would have been a Plan B for me at reasonable costs if the air exchange didn’t work out in the end. Let’s see how we will handle this now. Thanks anyway for the message!
