RC3 is clearly more than double the standard. That would be more like RC2. Most people I know who are currently building go for RC2n and then secure it with lights and cameras. tell us something about your house construction (type of construction, etc.). You have to consider RC 3 right from the planning stage due to anchoring. If you have wooden studs, you can basically go through the wall with an axe. Don’t get too worked up. Fear is a bad advisor.

that will probably really be true. And in general, you guys are also right with RC2. Especially if the jump from RC2 windows to RC3 is that big.

With windows on the ground floor that can't be opened at all, you don't really have the problem, right? In that case, it’s enough to use good glass (burglary-resistant/laminated glass), isn't it?

a solid house is already planned where the door can be properly anchored.

And the tip about a well-structured motion detector with light on the property is not bad either. It just doesn’t scare anyone if the house is approached during the day.

Fixed glazing is indeed cheaper than openable elements, but still not exactly inexpensive in RC3.
Massive house initially says nothing. It can be anything from Ytong to concrete... With standard-compliant anchoring in RC3, this must be taken into account in the structural analysis. It is not enough that the anchor is seated in firmer material...
Such things must be planned from the start.

No, I simply meant RC2 with fixed glazing, how the pricing moves. Which stone we ultimately choose depends on the construction company and what they "prefer" to build with (we prefer brick).

RC2 fixed glazing is priced approximately (depending on size) like standard up to RC2n movable.
