Where is the difference between *rc2n and rc2*?...in an offer it says *rc2*, I only knew *rc2n* until now....The *n* is supposed to stand for *no glass*, so would *rc2* be even safer? I currently can't reach my window installer. Thanks

Addendum:
it still says *zur Anlehnung an den RC2 Sicherheitsstandard....* for me

RC2 has laminated safety glass

By analogy usually means that there is no certification.

I just read that too.... but what confuses me is that the window manufacturer told me verbally: *I am certified for rc2/n, but not for rc3*. Since I also asked about rc3.

So why does the offer say *by analogy....* weird.

By way of analogy, it can mean anything. You have to explicitly ask what is meant.

Here is a photo again ...

Question: is the upgrade worth it?

Sorry to the OP.
