No, of course, that is individual.

During the shell construction, it was too wet and cold to put anything down. Later during the interior work, we occasionally made coffee (rather rarely) and when I had to clear away the half-drunk cups and half-full bottles, I stopped that. Since the construction trades will now receive a collective wage increase again, I am confident that I did not provide much hospitality. However, I always thanked for good work and it was well received!

They usually earn quite well already and many still work on the side tax-free African. Most graduates don't usually come close to the net income. Although, of course, they only work a comfortable 35 hours...

I didn't give direct tips either, but I provided a coffee pod machine, cake, cookies, etc. as well as water and cola. This was well received and we were always able to ask the craftsmen about our own work.

You are doing something wrong. I helped the carpenter a few times as a laborer (the hours were offset) and he gave me food from the snack bar.

We never provided food/drinks. They always brought their own stuff and didn’t want anything.

I often paid for drinks and food .....in addition, I often had to act as the counselor for the craftsmen
