@NSK: please do not keep saying here that something was discussed. You were never present. Fact: Your architect was with us only once for about 2 1/2 hours. About 20 minutes of that were on the construction site, and afterwards we went to our holiday apartment. The readers can judge whether sufficient consultation can take place in that time. Allegedly, he was also with us together with sketches at the local advisory board, later head of the office or similar, to discuss the location of the house. All untrue, he does not even know who it was supposed to have been, and when I suggested a comparison to find out the truth, you did not respond. That would have been embarrassing for you. After it turned out that his planning did not meet our wishes, I asked him to come to us for a consultation. This was initially rejected and he literally said to me on the phone: "If I come to you, I cannot give you any advice either." Later, however, an appointment with the architect on site would have been possible if I was willing to pay 450 € plus VAT for it. These are the architectural services you offer. It is also not true that you have been working with this architect for years. The house near Speyer was planned by an architect whom your business partner had "disposed of," as he told me, because he was a "clumsy person." And the house currently under construction in Hatzenweier was also planned by another architect. Your business partner gave me a different account regarding the architect. I suspect that your current architect is simply cheap.

It is interesting how you put things out there without knowing any context at all. How do you want to know who we work with. The words "Flat-nose pliers" and the like come from your vocabulary, as we have often been able to read here.

The word "Flachzange" originates from the vocabulary of the consultant with whom we unfortunately concluded the contract with your company, it concerns Mr. B.

Dear Mr. T., I suggest that we stop the discussion here now. We will never be able to agree on a common denominator in this life. Following the motto "close your eyes and push through," you will build the house under the eyes of your and my expert, and then that's it. I should have withdrawn from the construction contract, but you can't do everything right in life. "Building and trouble," a friend told me, "are synonyms."

Good evening Mr. Tunsch,

this morning I spoke on the phone with one of your employees, Mr. H., and encouraged him to publicly address the accusations here on the forum. I explicitly mentioned that a public exchange _can only_ be a first step. The conflict itself must be resolved in a personal conversation, and a mutually acceptable consensus must be found.

Since both you and the user alter0029 want to use the forum as the stage for your public mudslinging, I have already deleted numerous posts by both of you in other threads—which have absolutely nothing to do with your conflict.

Good evening

with all due understanding for your emotional state: the forum is neither a shooting gallery nor a place where solutions can be developed; nor an emotional trash can! It should serve as a neutral place as the basis for solution-oriented discussions. So stay factual, I will no longer edit or approve your posts if you do not manage this promptly.

What do you both actually think, what image you are presenting to the users reading here? I will immediately close the two threads if you both do not return to a factual dispute!

Rhenish regards
