It was merely an attempt to shed light on the matter. I quoted from the construction contract and the building description and tried to clarify that a forum can only be useful if facts are reported.

I have been in the job for 20 years. It would never occur to me to position myself publicly as is being done in this and another thread.

Make peace with the user through private message, email, or—if neither leads to a satisfactory result—bring in mediation.

Anything is better than the current impression left with the potential builder (the user reading here)!
