Just try googling images for "sandwich beton," you'll find a lot where you can basically see what it is. It costs about 30-50 more per square meter net compared to your version.
Don't the hallway and corridor get a bit dark? The bedroom window is just above the ground floor, so you might as well make it a window door. Do you really want the bedroom and bathroom directly next to the terrace? I would move the living room and kitchen to the basement, then you wouldn’t need the mini kitchen in the basement anymore. Anyway, in the current plan, your elevator should be closer to the mini kitchen in the basement. Seems like a typical architect house. Interesting to look at, but possibly difficult to live in... Your house is less than twice as wide as the garage. I find that problematic regarding proportions, as the garage then gets too strongly emphasized.
For clarification: The bedroom window is not the final decision yet – it can easily be changed – it changed because there wasn’t a terrace before but rather a balcony on the south side that we didn’t want. The bedroom had a corner window like on the ground floor, which can no longer be realized due to the terrace. The mini kitchen is explicitly desired by me because I need an extra fridge and workspace here for BBQ preparations – since I prepare a lot of meat for smoking/grilling and also sharpen knives with water stones here – so it was a wish of ours and it must stay that way. The elevator does not exist – only a recess is planned here – the space is fully usable, but the option for installing an elevator should be given so that in case of mobility impairment (not wheelchair) there is a possibility – it doesn’t cost anything upfront. Bathroom/wardrobe: A kind of glass niche will be created here to have views outside and to increase the sense of space (to the south is nothing but our land and a tree line! – no neighbors or anything, just a view! This is actually desired by us as well. The width of the garage cannot be changed – regardless of whether the proportions fit or not, how else should it be feasible – it’s not possible because the plot is simply not wider and the garage is actually even too narrow for me...

but aren't we back to prefabricated concrete parts here? We already discussed that topic in the other thread?!
According to ant1, yes, due to preassembly with batch size 1, it's not feasible at realistic prices?!
You can do it with prefabricated parts, in cast-in-place concrete, or combined. Inside, you want concrete anyway, you also need the insulation, the difference lies in the plaster. Plaster costs about €50 per sqm, a prefabricated part as a curtain wall about €80 including suspension. If the look is important, then the approximately €6000 additional cost is not the end of the world.
Thousands of builders construct basements from concrete using sandwich technology (just have a look at the precast basement manufacturers). In principle, this can also be done above ground.
11m2 for the child and 17m2 for the parents sleeping despite dressing area? I would feature the child more and hold myself back... What do you need 17m2 just for bed and sleeping? The child can use the 17m2 much better.... I'll never understand...
