We had an appointment with the developer again today and took the opportunity to get information about it. The good news is, there are these extendable FSGs for our windows as well. The bad news is, on one hand, the price (which might be bearable due to the positive benefits), and on the other hand, it was advised against buying because the whole thing is very tricky and once it gets stuck, it apparently quickly slips out of the guide rail and then is broken. So either handle it like a raw egg, look for a sensible alternative, or don’t open the window in the summer...

With us, nothing is glitching at all... maybe dependent on the manufacturer.

If I have correctly interpreted your post, then you also have clamp frames in the doors and windows. In our case, the FSG would have to be evenly extended over at least 1.50m in width and 2m in height, so I can already imagine that it could become tricky. Well, let's see what we do now. If anyone has good experiences with retrofittable extendable fly screens that can be configured and ordered online, they are welcome to let me know here..

The topic is already older... however, fly screens are also currently an issue for us (retrofitting). According to the statement, an integrated one would not be so easily possible or only associated with too high costs. Strange. Does anyone have any current experiences or tips on this?
