Energy Saving Regulation data (building volume etc.) are high - why?

You won't get to 7kw heating load. Then fill in the other data completely.

How many people? Controlled residential ventilation with heat recovery, I assume? What is the standard outside temperature?

Edith: desired average (!) temperature. So the entire house

Here I have attached the calculation. It is according to DIN EN 12833.

I am not familiar with the numerical value for the ventilation. But maybe that’s where the problem lies?

With [Kontrollierte-Wohnraumlüftung] and heat recovery, I come to just under 5kw

Edith. I just see in the fine print 2.9kw from ventilation losses. In my opinion, that would mean you don’t have [Kontrollierte-Wohnraumlüftung]?

Yes, I have. The value in the calculator is only influenced by the [Blower-Door-Test-Wert].

Try again. I just tried it with your data. It comes out to 5.9kw. Even that is still too much if you ask me (but I think it's due to the calculator).
