Simply unsustainable badmouthing, which is being carried out by Nixschwör. Our air-water heat pump only achieved an annual performance factor of 4.3 last year, including hot water and heating, but still represents the most economical solution. If I factor in the photovoltaic system, then even more so. If the green hype doesn’t die down again, there will be a CO2 tax in 2 years, then the decision between gas and heat pump will be taken away anyway.

You don't seriously believe that all manufacturers intentionally report poor values for their heat pumps to BAFA, do you? Photovoltaics don't change anything in this regard; the self-produced kWh is far too expensive, and we have already paid the subsidies through taxes.

I plan energy-efficient houses up to passive houses every day; of course, a builder likes to calculate his investment positively, that's just how it is. That a heat pump is often the result in new buildings has nothing to do with efficiency but with politics.

As everywhere, it is important to see who really benefits from our political decisions. The funding is ultimately our taxes as well.

How do you come to that?

Well, then you obviously have no idea about your job, that’s probably the case for most people. Subsidies and taxes have nothing at all to do with the consideration, or do you also not eat bread because it actually costs 10€?

It is hard to take you seriously with the sweeping, disconnected, or already repeatedly refuted statements that come from you.

If you really plan for others yourself and are not just doing some lobby work in the forum, then unfortunately you confirm the impression I have gotten from some planners in construction: a lot of hot air and a personal claim that should not be in the interest of the client.

It would surely be good for you here as well if you were to engage constructively with what has been written here.

The difference to your illusions is quite simple, I stick to facts and manufacturer information, because these have to be proven in a thermal insulation certificate.

Subsidies and taxes have nothing to do with the consideration or do you also not eat bread because it actually costs 10€?

Of course, one can be so ignorant if one does not pay taxes oneself.
Which does not change any technical facts.
Without specifying the primary energy factor, just as few heat pumps would be installed as under the Energy Saving Ordinance 2002. That means no one will buy the 10,-€ bread if they can also get it for 5,-€.

No generally used energy production currently has a worse efficiency than photovoltaics. Storage in batteries and CO² completely aside. That is exactly why this technology is subsidized. No one would want to have photovoltaics on their roof if the kWh cost three times as much.

But you see yourselves that you cannot substantiate any of your claims.

Ask yourselves why,...
These are just as much a fairy tale as that the Energy Saving Ordinance 2016 exterior wall would cost less than a KfW55 subsidized exterior wall. For both, one has to fall back on a T7 or comparable stone.
On the contrary, there is also the depreciation from 2020/2021, because this year the GEG2019 would have to come.

So who is lobbying here and aiming to financially harm builders?

No one disputes that photovoltaics are subsidized here. That is well known and by no means an argument for anything. I make no claims, fortunately I also do not have to deal with calculations according to the [Energieeinsparverordnung] or other paper tigers, but rather share my real experience as a builder. I have filed away our [Energieeinsparverordnung] calculation; it is not suitable for serious planning. I'm out of here.
