Professionals cannot necessarily compensate for personnel shortages better than laymen ;-) Nevertheless, I can understand your situation; it shouldn’t be your problem if he takes an order and, due to time constraints, cannot handle it well enough for you (that's also how I see it with my contractors!) Congratulations on a good outcome – I say there are too many pessimists here 8-)

Hello Okalersani. I can gladly tell you the developer (Isowoodhaus), but they have nothing to do with the "issue". As you can read above, it was decisive for us that the construction measure took place in a WEG. The developer contributed and could contribute very little towards it. The classification as a renovation came directly from the building authority after several discussions and internal agreements. No matter what kind of "approach" renopan proposes, I would definitely talk to the building authority first. Good luck :)

The classification as a renovation came directly from the building authority after several discussions and internal agreements. No matter what kind of "procedure" renopan proposes, I would definitely speak to the building authority first. Good luck :)
