When designing the heating and the pipe system, make sure that your heating specialist performs a room-by-room heating load calculation - don’t be fobbed off with "15 cm pipe spacing everywhere". Validate the planned heating system - consider the U-value and do a heating load calculation for your entire building using the heating demand calculator (you can find the values for this in the Energy Saving Ordinance documents).
I keep reading that. What does that mean then? That every room gets a different pipe spacing? Our heating installer planned 15 cm everywhere and 10 cm pipe spacing in the bathrooms as well as 10 cm at the exterior walls in the living rooms.
