Underfloor heating - How to insulate the supply lines to the rooms?

Faith might help too... no, seriously, you don't need to deal with noticeable insulation. At best, it's a placebo. Unfortunately, that's how it is.

That's complete nonsense. A modern underfloor heating system is set and then runs 24/7 without you having to do anything. Night setback or similar hasn't been done in new buildings for a long time. You're doing more harm than good with that.

Not every room is used constantly and requires a 24/7 underfloor heating. For example, the 5 heating circuits in the all-purpose room are turned off when the tiled stove is running. This happens automatically. The same applies to the fireplace room on the upper floor, which has 2 heating circuits and are generally set lower. If the room is actually used, it can be somewhat higher. The bedroom is usually set to a minimum. What if you need to use the room for work occasionally.

Why shouldn’t I be able to control my heating circuits if the entire house is controllable.

Currently, the underfloor heating is also smart-controlled and it works great. So, everyone can do it as they need.

I prefer not to respond to that. It would otherwise get too long. Please read up on the topic yourself. In new buildings – nowadays – proper regulation is not really needed or even possible anymore.

No problem. These are simply our experiences with underfloor heating and the desire to be able to control it. And if it runs 24/7 afterwards, that’s also okay. We have a 10x1.5 NYM and an EIB at both heating circuit distributors. So everything is possible, if needed.

Wish! It is about a physical / technical problem that it is almost no longer possible to regulate (in new construction 2024)

Almost. Nice additional word. If everything goes as planned, we will only need the tiled stove to heat the entire house in winter. The heat pump will mostly be off. It’s just not a standard highly insulated cube house with a heat pump.
