Maybe you should write complete posts. Like with an introduction "If you register a business with all the necessary obligations, then it is quite simple."
With your simple statement that everything is quite easy and not complicated, you are wrong. That's just how it is.

By the way, as a commercial employer in the construction sector you must make an immediate notification. In addition to the registration with the center.

... for the employee. But not contribution-free. Small but important difference.
You yourself as an employer must of course pay social security contributions. That is about 30%. One must not forget that.
Oh yes, by the way, in the construction industry you are also obliged to register the minijobber with the accident insurance. That is handled by the BG Bau and not the Minijob Center.

So in the end MUCH more complicated than a household helper.

Why one has to make a mountain out of a molehill is not quite clear to me either. Why do I have to register a construction trade if I hire an assistant? I initially wrote that it is completely sufficient to register a service business. Which in the end it is as well.

Yes, of course you can also make it complicated and cumbersome. Why make it easy when it can be difficult.
As an employer, you pay your social security and flat-rate income tax and that’s it. The mini-jobber has nothing directly to do with it.

No one will count the hours again either. The assistant is properly registered and officially works his 40 hours per month for 13 euros minimum wage. If he works 60 hours once, he either gets the rest in cash or he works one month less and the hours are then credited. That’s how it goes. And everyone is satisfied then.

It doesn’t matter which business. The fact is, you have to register a business for it. With all the consequences.

No. It depends on the activity. For construction activities, what I wrote applies. But of course, those who work illegally don't care about the rest either. Rules simply do not apply to you… + the additional levies. As said, about 30% Hey, so we should report the illegal worker. Or rather you as the employer.

Hello,

I would like it if really the people who have already hired a construction helper respond.

I have hired a construction helper for the renovation of my single-family house.

I called the Minijob-Zentrale and they explained to me exactly why it is not a household-related service. At the same time, they explained to me exactly what I have to do to legally hire a construction helper. So my tip is to call the Minijob-Zentrale, explain the situation. They even help you over the phone with installing the software to report social security contributions. Yes, it is an effort but the helper is legally employed and of course insured.

Best regards

At BG Bau, even private family members who simply help out on the construction site must be registered. So, basically everyone who helps on the construction site and a construction diary must be kept.

And, I agree with .. get an employer number, by the way, this is also necessary for household-related services, register with svnet, fill out the corresponding reports and forms electronically and pay the money. Don’t forget, for minijobbers you are obliged to keep records of hours worked. However, it is not a problem to agree on a so-called working time account and, for example, pay an average of 40 hours and sometimes work 60 hours one month. The 20 overtime hours can then be carried over for billing in the following month.

And, register the business or do an income surplus calculation (EÜR), etc., for that I would ask a tax advisor what actually needs to be done. There is not really an intention to make a profit, rather, an employee should officially be able to be employed.

For family members and friends with whom you basically do barter deals in the sense of: this year I help 100 hours on your construction site, next year he helps 100 hours with me, there are also special regulations. You can find them after a short google search with terms like "pay private construction helpers" or similar.
