Electricity installation offer, does that fit?

I find the offer completely reasonable. The planned equipment is however insufficient. WLAN is only useful for mobile devices (Smartphone, Laptop), everything else should be wired. I would have double network sockets installed everywhere (also with double cables), otherwise you will need a switch right away if the infrastructure is to be used at some point. There are also too few power outlets. 5 power outlets in the living room? I have more behind my TV alone, and that is mirrored on both sides of the room. One lamp in the kitchen? You can do that, but spots and work surface lighting are better. Also make sure to install network cables in the basement and the technical room, that's where the servers will go later.

If the LAN cabling is to be saved on (which I would never do), then at least install a socket centrally on each floor for a WLAN access point. Either a power socket next to it or central supply via POE. That way, you at least achieve a decent WLAN coverage without the "crutch" of repeaters.
