From my point of view, the main problem here is the imprecise construction service description. If it says 4 pieces per room, an electrician can also demand the cheapest version. In many construction service descriptions, for example, kitchen 2x single socket, 1x double, 1x triple. Then it is clearly specified what is included.

On the other hand, is it Elli’s problem that now the OP is whining? He cannot be forced into cheap additional work. One should always recognize who holds the longer lever. Definitely not the OP. He neither gets another electrician for a few sockets on the construction site, nor can he force the current one.

Matter of opinion. Those who don’t just blindly build their little house, but take some interest in the trades, won’t lose a cent here.
So the move just won’t be done immediately after handover, but another electrician will be hired who pulls a few cables for three days. Painting work is 95% in the hands of the builder anyway. He will make it nice again.

New Elli insists on it. He won’t do it cheaply either.

I can say with pretty much certainty - he won't. As long as suddenly KNX or other rather unusual circuits are not supposed to be implemented there.

It's not about cheap cheap either, but about the fact that these prices are outrageous. 30-40€ is already "expensive," but manageable. Here, 300-400% of the market price is being charged.

Dunning-Kruger effect, I can't think of anything else. As far as I understand here, you recently bragged about a follow-up financing... where do you get the expertise to make such claims? In fact, there are one or two craftsmen who are not fully booked.
