§ 6 Deviating construction method according to § 22 para. 4 Building Use Ordinance
In the planning area, single and semi-detached houses may not exceed a maximum length within the meaning of § 22 para. 2 Building Use Ordinance of 25 meters.

In "my" development plan, the terrain rises to the north. Then the photovoltaics will work as well. Have you found a site plan ("building plot no. 1")?

I also see a beautiful shed roof that opens to the south. However, I doubt that the idea of a shed roof house excites townhouse lovers.

So the plot data/dimensions or information from the development plan are now fully available.

It is of course unfortunate that the city villa probably won't work out.

Are there any other plot-related constructive suggestions regarding the construction method of the house? The living area should be as large as possible while taking the development plan into account. The terraces/balcony formation should face south, and the house should be built with a basement.

Can you actually tell from the development plan how the house must be oriented? That is, sideways or upright? It is shown upright with the long side from north to south!
