Hello,
I have a question:
How long does it take approximately until one is officially registered in the land register for a newly surveyed partial area of a property?
Background: Purchase of a property partial area not yet surveyed, notary contract in [KW32/15] with priority notice of conveyance, commissioning of surveyor for partial survey also already done in [KW32/15]. I heard it can take several months to a year...???

Hello Daytona. We are also currently buying a plot of land in Thuringia. Hopefully, the land register entry won't take too long. We are still at the beginning and have only the notary appointment for the contract signing. Where in Thuringia is your plot of land? We are at ZIP code 986....

Hello larina, we are in 997.. Heard from the surveyor that it takes at least 5 months. Does your property also have to be partially surveyed?

What does partial surveying mean?
We commission a surveyor immediately after the purchase.

The Auflassungsvormerkung did not take 4 weeks with us in Thuringia for a purchase of an existing property. The ownership registration took about 3 months. However, this was because x authorities had to be consulted beforehand (pre-emptive right, restitution claims, contamination, etc.). I was told that no ownership change entry takes place in Thuringia beforehand.
