Good evening everyone,

I came across the following offer on the internet and wanted to hear from people who know a bit about it what they think.

This semi-detached house is supposed to cost 130,000 euros.

My question is what other costs I would expect such as connection fees, etc.?

The price and then high-quality equipment, plus a relatively large plot. Either the location is poor or..?

So from my point of view, the price is only for the house. The land is extra..

In terms of the equipment, I can't see anything high-quality.. a simple gas boiler.. only underfloor heating in the bathroom.. which tiles up to 30,--? What amount for the rest of the floors? Which windows, which insulation? Plastic roof overhangs are also cheap, which color plaster? What equipment do the bathrooms have, is there anything left to do inside.. which electrical system, how many switches and sockets, network, etc.. all missing information and that's with 1 minute of thinking
