Drilling template IKEA FAKTUM with RUBRIK door wanted

Good day,

while assembling two older Faktum horizontal wall cabinets and installing new RUBRIK doors (opening upwards), I noticed that there is a special drilling template included with the FAKTUM cabinets for drilling the door-side mounting holes. Unfortunately, this drilling template is no longer available. Searching for corresponding PDF files on the internet and on Ikea’s website did not yield the desired result. Can someone help me?
