2) Permitted are
1. Residential buildings,
2. Facilities for childcare that serve the needs of the residents of the area.
(3) Exceptionally, the following may be permitted
1. Shops and non-disruptive craft businesses that serve to meet the daily needs of the residents of the area, as well as small accommodation businesses,
2. other facilities for social purposes as well as facilities serving the needs of the residents of the area for church, cultural, health, and sports purposes.
(4) Residential buildings permitted under paragraph 2 as well as §§ 2, 4 to 7 also include those that wholly or partly serve to care for and look after their residents.
This will be a mixed area....so what, it's interesting to have someone next door who can weld, not quite so sterile and WPC board-heavy.
