Dream house floor plan idea for the ground floor

I am here to collect ideas for floor plans.

*ahem*, there are plenty of floor plan collections on the internet. We do not collect anything here, nor are we searching for you.
We discuss here and practice constructive criticism. Preferably in 2D with dimensions, or let’s say: the colored 3D objects without measurements are less suitable.

2 children's rooms and one children's bathroom.

Is the room layout so dependent on the budget?

The whole house depends on the budget.

Planned is a single-family house with a gable roof and 2 flat-roofed bay windows. In addition, a double garage. I only see ground floors (with different staircase situations). You should pay attention to "The ground floor has priority" (to look up externally) – especially with a single-story house, where the upper floor is even an attic floor. Laymen like to work on the "nice" level first, while professionals make life easier for themselves by deriving the simpler level from the more complex one (and designing the staircase from the exit point). Then everything runs smoothly, instead of first fussing over the ground floor and then awkwardly adding the upper or attic floor, which regularly leads to despair. The mentioned size range would mean total living areas between 130 and 180 sqm – which of these would fit your circumstances?

Do you have a detailed room program? That does not mean 1 bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, but everything that must be in the room.
Bed in oversized length with the dimensions 240x210 cm, 5 m wardrobe, farmhouse cupboard in the living room with the dimensions xyz, sound system, bookshelf, etc.
All of this must be included in the floor plan. It works best with paper and pencil.
And budget is important. No one has to build dream castles.

We felt the same way. There was no show home where we said wow, this is it. But formulating what you did not like, or what you liked about the house helps.
