Also :) Furthermore, with proper planning, the drainage should ultimately be connected to the downspouts and sewer piping, which depends on the wastewater planning. And thus, the drainage is determined based on the constructed house and not on a whim in the excavation pit.

I had planned that too, but I wanted to educate myself first. Recently, a prefab house company built the slope of the terrace towards the house… I would like to avoid things like that.
