Draft/Expose for a single-family house as an urban villa

I’m bringing up the topic again here. The pantry will now be accessible from the hallway. Mirroring it looks extremely strange with the views. I experienced that live on Thursday during the appointment with the architect.

And we have internally agreed to keep the vestibule because of dirt, etc.

But I have one more thing where I would like to hear your opinion:
In general, we want a closed kitchen. But since I somehow find it quite nice if the dining area and kitchen can form a unit now and then, I would enlarge the sliding door. Currently, it is drawn at 85cm. What do you think: Is that sufficient, or should we rather plan for 1.20m there?

I'll claim that neither 85 nor 120 cm make cooking/eating a unit ;)

Hmm... So, wider is of course better, but the kitchen is still separate. It's simply a matter of taste how you do it. You can also skim through here, I once started a thread about this.
