I agree with the main point - very confusing.

Is the above supposed to be sold as a separate residential unit because of funding?

In the kitchen, there is a very tight space between the island and the outer wall, you will never walk through there comfortably...

The 60 cm in front of the double-sided wardrobe is also completely useless. Put two cardboard pieces in wardrobe size on the floor and then leave 60 cm distance between them - just cramped.

That weird pipe under the ground floor bathroom is also brilliantly useless.

But my highlight is the doorless bathroom on the ground floor - at least it will stay clean...

By the way, it fits with the garage - please remember to drive the car in before the fourth wall is built.

Addendum: Parapet height 77cm directly at the toilet, in the dressing room and behind the washing machine also does not exactly demonstrate thoughtfulness. What kind of glass will be used there? And directly (!!!) at the bed I would also not want a parapet height of 77cm. Keyword "neighborly conversation". The longer I look at the plan, the less well thought out it seems...

Hello everyone,
we are in the process of realizing our dream house and welcome any input.
We are renovating a bungalow, built in 1961, with an added storey in post-and-beam construction. On the ground floor, we have removed some walls to create a large open space for the kitchen as well as the living and dining areas. Our dream is to have a view of and access to the garden from all living rooms. Also, to have direct access to the terrace from the kitchen. Our architect has advised us very well in this regard. However, maybe something slipped through in our considerations. Sometimes you can’t see the forest for the trees :) Please forgive me if there are any uncertainties; I am, of course, willing to make changes/additions. This is my first post in a forum. But if not now, when then. With that in mind, thank you in advance for the criticism ;)

Here are new floor plans again, hopefully no longer too confusing. And regarding the garage. It used to be a garage but is no longer used as such, but as a "basement room".

This is unfortunately even more chaotic now. Are there multiple levels lying on top of each other? And why the variants in the construction execution? I work a lot with architects and have seen many floor plans, but never such an unclear chaos. And the garage is officially being repurposed? Does the floor area ratio and site occupancy index actually fit the surroundings and the development plan?

Sorry , but to speak of the plan as perfect is... unrealistic, see all posts up to here. But from my point of view, the plans are now readable.
