However, there are special grilles that essentially "throw" the exhaust air in one direction and the supply air from the other direction. I don't know if Viessmann also has that, but in my opinion, Vallox offers something like that.

If something like that doesn’t work, is it a combination, i.e. supply and exhaust air? (see attachment)

Otherwise, call the manufacturer and inform them, they might possibly consult with the contractor, normally it is also in their interest that the system functions.

Should not be a problem. Just align the direction using the slats. For us, the distance is also not significantly larger. However, we operate at a minimum of 1500m3 per hour.

Even with your area, that sounds a bit much for controlled residential ventilation. 1m3 per hour per m2 of ventilated area is otherwise the very rough rule of thumb.

We partly go even higher. But our controlled residential ventilation has nothing to do with [Norm] and fulfills additional tasks. We have areas with 10-20 times air exchange per hour (e.g., server room). Almost no overflow areas but separate supply and exhaust air. Cooling only works properly from 5 times air exchange onwards.

Hi Rick, how did you handle the exhaust air from the server room? We are now noticing that our technical room is already increasing the temperature of our entire house a bit, which is certainly nice in winter but not desired at all in summer :p We actually underestimated this effect on the entire house during planning.....
