Yeah yeah, make me a rope

It's the same with us - my wife even works part-time, but for the fun of it, not because she has to for the house. And for that, I have her back - just as it should be in a functioning partnership.

You should be clear about what you want. Set a goal, then derive the measures.

As you can read here, couples living in marriage according to the Building Code have it easier at this point. No matter what is written in the land register, in the end the accrued gains are divided (or inherited, depending on the type of ending :P).

In the case of "common law marriage" you have to decide what you want, how to proceed ... contract? (marriage) contract? Marriage according to the Building Code or marriage with contract? Community of accrued gains or separation of property?

Once you know what you want, the rest is (comparatively) trivial.

Good evening,

Again such a strange way of thinking by men. Either we women are more pragmatic or hopelessly romantic

As I have already written elsewhere: everything 50:50 and the rest to be regulated in a marriage or partnership contract at the notary

Rhenish greetings

Yes, why not take up the OP's idea? Sometimes it's easier if a woman buys something and the man pays usage fees for it. Clean deal!

Isn't it normal to think about what would happen in case of emergency when so much money is involved? I would find it rather worrying if one doesn't think about it and then a big war breaks out if things go wrong...
