Hello,
Absolutely!
In my humble opinion, the land register is the wrong place for that; go to a lawyer or notary of your choice and settle the worst case.
Personally, I find it odd when supposed values are offset against each other; Volker (voki) expressed it very well. Think about it; there is more between heaven and earth than the simple comparison of bare numbers. This is – according to my life experience so far – also the worst possible basis for a lasting stable relationship.
Rhenish regards
Isn't it normal to think about what would happen in the worst case when so much money is involved?
Absolutely!
I would find it rather disturbing if one doesn't think about it and then the big war breaks out if things go wrong...
