Hello,
the plot of land that we want to buy soon is being sold by the municipality. The development plan for the plot is already somewhat old. In the development plan for our plot, there used to be 2 smaller plots with 2 building envelopes planned. These 2 plots have now been combined into one large plot without changing the development plan (which costs the municipality too much).
Since the plot is now larger, we do not want to squeeze our house into any corner, but rather somewhat more towards the center. According to the building authority, this is acceptable as long as we touch a building envelope. Since this was only agreed upon in a personal conversation at the moment, this is, of course, not binding. How and where can I have this "statement" recorded so that if the staff at the building authority changes or something, I have not suddenly built illegally?
